YIT PURCHASES LAND IN LÄNSI-PASILA, HELSINKI, FROM KAPITEELI
YIT Construction Ltd and Kapiteeli Plc have made a plot transaction valued at about EUR 22 million. The plots extend to the edge of Central Park in Länsi- Pasila, Helsinki. The plots have been zoned for housing construction and YIT is going to build 250 apartments in the area. It is planned that the area will be built up in 2007-2010.
