YIT CORPORATION ISSUES NOTES
The subscription date of YIT Corporations serial notes 2/2003 and 3/2003 was today 25th September, 2003. The floating rate notes 2/2003 were fully subscribed and the fixed rate notes 3/2003 were almost twofold oversubscribed.
The issue date of the Notes, both totalling to 50 million euros, is 1st October, 2003.
The issue price of the floating rate notes 2/2003 is 100 and yield three month euribor + 0.65 per cent.
The issue price of the fixed rate notes 3/2003 is 101.03 and yield 4.55 per cent.
The sole bookrunner of the issue of the notes is Sampo Bank plc.
