SUBSCRIPTION FOR YIT SHARES BY EXERCISING THE SERIES C, D AND E SHARE OPTIONS FROM OCTOBER 24 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2006
From October 24 to November 30, 2006 a total of 240,300 YIT shares were subscribed for on the basis of the Series C share options, a total of 685,400 shares on the basis of the Series D share options and a total of 79,400 shares on the basis of the Series E share options.
The increase in the share capital as a consequence of these share subscriptions, EUR 502,550, is to be entered in the Trade Register on December 7, 2006.
The subscription period for shares with the Series C and Series D options ended on November 30, 2006.
With the Series E options the subscription period for shares continues from April 2 to November 30, 2007. Each Series E share option entitles its bearer to subscribe for two YIT Corporation shares having a nominal value of EUR 0.50. The subscription price with the Series E options is EUR 6.80 per share.
