SUBSCRIPTION FOR YIT SHARES BY EXERCISING THE 2002 SERIES C SHARE OPTIONS IN APRIL
The Series C share options that YIT Corporation issued in 2002 were made available for trading on the Main List of Helsinki Exchanges as from April 1, 2004. A total of 35,130 YIT shares were subscribed for on the basis of the share options by April 28, 2004.
Each Series C share option entitles its holder to subscribe for two YIT Corporation shares having a nominal value of one euro. The subscription price is EUR 6.545 per share.
The increase in the share capital as a consequence of these share subscriptions, EUR 35,130, is to be entered in the Trade Register on May 6, 2004.
