SCHEDULE FOR YIT CORPORATIONS CHANGEOVER TO IAS/IFRS
YIT will adopt IAS/IFRS in its reporting as from the beginning of 2005, as follows:
- The financial statement bulletin for 2004 that will be published at 8:00 on February 15, 2005, will be prepared in line with Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS). At the time of the publication of the financial statement bulletin, YIT will report on the major changes caused by the adoption of IAS/IFRS in quantified terms.
- YIT will release a stock exchange release on the changeover to IFRS on April 6, 2005. The release will include the opening balance sheet, with shareholders equity presented using the bridge approach, as well as quarterly comparison information on the consolidated income statement and balance sheet for the 2004 financial year in line with IFRS and FAS.
- The interim report for the January-March period of 2005 will be prepared in accordance with IFRS and published at 8:00 on May 4, 2005.
