SALE OF YITS OWN SHARES
In accordance with the decision made public on August 29, 2003, YIT Corporation will sell the 567,500 YIT shares it has in its possession. The YIT shares can be transferred on Helsinki Exchanges either in continuous trading, after-hours trading at the daily price or as a contractual trade. The shares will be offered to investors by means of the bookbuilding method.
