NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS REFERRING TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9, OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

YIT Corporation has today received from Tapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Tapiola Mutual Life Assurance Company and Tapiola Corporate Life Insurance Company Ltd the following notification pursuant to the Securities Markets Act chapter 2 section 9:

According to the statement (No. 31/265/98) of the Financial Supervision Authority, when applying the provisions of notification Tapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, Tapiola Mutual Life Assurance Company and Tapiola Corporate Life Insurance Company Ltd form an entity, where the proportions of voting rights and share capital of the above mentioned companies are added together. The Tapiola Group is also required to disclose the holdings of the mutual funds administered by Tapiola Rahastoyhtiö.
