LISTING OF SUBSCRIPTIONS IN 2007 ON THE BASIS OF YIT’S SERIES E, F, K AND L SHARE OPTIONS

In 2007, shares can be subscribed for in the period from April 1 to November 30 on the basis of the Series E and F share options issued by YIT Corporation in 2004 and the Series K and L share options issued in 2006.

It is intended that the increases in the share capital on the basis of the subscriptions will be carried out in 2007 as follows:

Shares subscribed for on the basis of the share options entitle their holders to a dividend as from the date of subscription.
Other rights will vest when the share capital increase has been entered in the Trade Register.

Subscriptions will be accepted at Nordea Bank Finland plc’s investment advisory branches.

YIT Corporation’s Annual General Meeting held in the spring of 2004 granted a maximum total of 180,000 E and 420,000 F share options for subscription without consideration. The Annual General Meeting held in the spring of 2006 granted a maximum total of 300,000 K, 900,000 L, 900,000 M and 900,000 N share options for subscription without consideration.

The shares can be subscribed for annually during the period from April 1 - November 30. The subscription period with the Series E share options is in 2006-2007, with Series F share options in 2007, with Series K and L share options in 2007-2008, with Series M share options in 2008-2009 and with Series N share options in 2009-2010.

Each Series E and F share option entitles its holder to subscribe for two YIT Corporation shares (YTY1V) and each Series K, L, M and N share option for one YIT Corporation share having a nominal value of 0.5 euro.

The subscription price of a share subscribed for with the Series E share options is EUR 6.80 per share. The subscription prices of shares subscribed for with the other share options will be confirmed before the subscription period begins.
