LISTING OF SUBSCRIPTIONS IN 2006 ON THE BASIS OF YIT’S SERIES C, D AND E SHARE OPTIONS

In 2006, shares can be subscribed for in the period from April 1 to November 30 on the basis of the Series C and D share options issued by YIT Corporation in 2002 and the Series E share options issued in 2004.

It is intended that the increases in the share capital on the basis of the subscriptions will be carried out in 2006 as follows:

Shares subscribed for on the basis of the share options entitle their holders to a dividend as from the date of subscription.
Other rights will vest when the share capital increase has been entered in the Trade Register.

Subscriptions will be accepted at Nordea Bank Finland plc’s investment advisory branches.

YIT Corporation’s Annual General Meeting held in the spring of 2002 granted a maximum total of 450,000 Series C share options and a maximum total of 950,000 Series D share options for subscription without consideration. The Annual General Meeting held in the spring of 2004 granted a maximum total of 180,000 Series E share options and a maximum total of 420,000 Series F share options for subscription without consideration.

The shares can be subscribed for annually during the period from April 1 - November 30. The subscription period with the Series C share options began on April 1, 2004, and with the Series D share options on April 1, 2005. With the Series E share options the subscription period begins on April 1, 2006, and with the Series F share options on April 1, 2007. The subscription period with the Series C and D share options ends on November 30, 2006, and with the Series E and F share options on November 30, 2007. Each Series C and D share option entitles its holder to subscribe for two YIT Corporation shares (YTY1V) and each Series E and F share option for one YIT Corporation share having a nominal value of one euro.

The subscription price of a share subscribed for with the Series C share options is EUR 6.545 per share and with the Series D share options EUR 5.845 per share. The subscription prices of shares subscribed for with the Series E and F share options will be confirmed before the subscription period begins.
