YIT to build two apartment buildings for ICECAPITAL in the Helsinki Metropolitan area

YIT and ICECAPITAL Housing Fund III Ky have signed agreements on the construction of two non-subsidised rental housing projects in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The total value of the projects is approximately EUR 20 million. The two apartment buildings that are designed by YIT will contain approximately 110 apartments, with a total living area of approximately 5,500 square metres. Construction will begin in summer 2014 and the projects will be completed in autumn 2015.

The projects are part of the pre-agreement on the construction of non-subsidised investment properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area, signed between YIT and ICECAPITAL Housing Fund III Ky in the end of 2013.
