YIT announces new strategy and financial targets for 2025-2029, introduces a new segment structure

YIT has signed a new EUR 200 million syndicated unsecured revolving credit facility with its core banks to refinance the syndicated EUR 300 million unsecured revolving credit facility maturing 2018.
The committed credit facility matures on January 2, 2020 and has two financial covenants: equity ratio (IFRS) must be above 25.0% and gearing (IFRS) must be below 150.0%. The facility will be used as a reserve for general corporate purposes and the size of the new facility is regarded as sufficient for this purpose.
The parties participating in the syndication of the facility are Handelsbanken, Danske Bank, Lähitapiola, OP Corporate Bank, SEB and Swedbank. OP Corporate Bank acted as the co-ordinator for the facility.
