TRADING AND SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH YIT'S SERIES M AND N SHARE OPTIONS IN 2009
YIT Corporation has applied for the listing of the Series N share options issued in 2006 on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki such that trading would begin on April 1, 2009. YIT's Series M share options, issued in 2006, are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, and in 2009 shares can be subscribed for with them as from April 1.
Furthermore, YIT Corporation has applied for the listing of an additional lot of the company's shares on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The application concerns the new shares subscribed for with the Series M and N share options in 2009.
Share subscriptions
Each Series M and N share option entitles its holder to subscribe for one YIT Corporation share (YTY1V).
A total maximum of 900,000 shares can be subscribed for with Series M share options and max 900,000 shares with Series N share options.
The subscription price of a share subscribed for with the Series M share options is EUR 19.73 per share and the subscription price of a share subscribed for with the Series N share options EUR 19.23 per share.
The shares can be subscribed for annually during the period from April 1 - November 30. The subscription period with the Series M share options is in 2008-2009 and with Series N share options in 2009-2010.
Share subscriptions will be made at Nordea Bank Finland plc's offices.
The shares entitle their holder to a dividend as from the date of subscription. Other rights will vest when the share capital increase has been entered in the Trade Register. The terms and conditions of the share option programmes as a whole are presented on the company's internet site www.yitgroup.com.
