YIT Corporation has on 3 May 2022 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 and 6 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Nordea Bank Abp has exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent. According to the announcement, the holding had exceeded the threshold on 29 April 2022.
According to the announcement, the total number of YIT shares owned directly or through financial instruments by Nordea Bank Abp is 5.50%.
YIT has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The total number of YIT’s shares is 211,099,853 shares.
