INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN YIT’S CAPITAL MARKETS DAY IN AACHEN, GERMANY, ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2012

YIT will arrange a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts in Aachen on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.

The aim of the event is to tell about YIT’s strategy and operations. The day’s programme will consist of management presentations (given by the President and CEO, Chief Financial Officer and the heads of business segments) and a visit to YIT’s Research & Development Centre located in Aachen. The preliminary programme of the Capital Markets Day is available on YIT’s website at www.yitgroup.com/investors.

The programme of the day will start at 8:00 a.m. local time (CEST), i.e., at 9:00 a.m. Finnish time (EEST). The presentations will end at approximately 1:00 p.m. (CEST), after which YIT will arrange the participants a visit to its Research & Development Centre. The presentation given by Juhani Pitkäkoski, YIT’s president and CEO, can also be followed through a live webcast at www.yitgroup.com/webcast starting on 8:00 a.m. (CEST). For the duration of the presentation, it is also possible to participate in the event through a conference call.
