Changes in the YIT Management Team

YIT has appointed Aleksi Laine (M.Sc.) as Executive Vice President, Infrastructure segment and member of the Group Management Team starting 1 October 2023. He has been the interim leader of the Infrastructure segment and member of the management team since 29 March 2023.

Aleksi Laine has worked at YIT Group since 2007. Before his appointment as the interim leader of the Infrastructure segment, he was heading the Traffic Infrastructure division.

He has also driven the segment forward in green transition projects. YIT appointed Jennie Stenbom as EVP, Human Resources and member of the Group Management Team in May 2023. The appointment was originally announced as a stock exchange release on 16 May 2023. Jennie's starting date has been specified and she will start in her position on 1 October 2023. Tanja Kauhajärvi, who has been acting as interim EVP of HR, will leave the Group Management Team and continue in her previous role, responsible for Employment Relations at YIT.
