YIT’s residential construction received recognition in Moscow

Holmogory, a residential project of YIT CityStroi in Moscow, was awarded a special prize in “Best Investment and Construction Project 2012”, one of the most prestigious construction competitions in Russia. The competition is organised by the City of Moscow Planning Department, the Architecture and Town Planning Committee and the Moscow Investors Association. In 2011, Holmogory was shortlisted also for several prestigious competitions, including the finals of Real Estate Market Records and Urban Awards.

Holmogory is a 12-storey residential complex in north-eastern Moscow. It has 104 apartments with a total area of 6,968 square metres. The building successfully combines comfort class and business class qualities with practical solutions and a competitive cost structure. Most of the apartments have windows on opposite walls and feature individual design solutions, such as large windows. The complex also has underground parking facilities.

Holmogory is located in the immediate vicinity of the Losiny Ostrov National Park, which offers excellent sports and recreational opportunities. The high-quality yard areas include playgrounds for children and greenery that add to the pleasant living environment.

“We are proud that Holmogory was awarded a significant prize by market experts. YIT’s high quality standards are well known in the market. In the future, we want to construct even better buildings by using technological solutions that save energy,” says Viktor Lukha, General Director of YIT CityStroi.
