YIT to build a terraced house complex in Espoo for Länsi-Suomen Asunnot Oy

YIT has signed an agreement with Länsi-Suomen Asunnot Oy for the construction of five rows of terraced houses in Espoo. The Asunto Oy Espoon Finnsin August terraced house project is being carried out in the Finnsinmäki area of Espoonkartano. The contract value of the project for YIT is approximately EUR 8 million, and it will be recorded in the order backlog for the last quarter of 2023.

A total of 24 homes will be built in the terraced house complex, and they will be heated with environmentally friendly geothermal energy. During the construction, only renewable, eco-friendly electricity will be used on the construction site. The ARA-funded project has an approximate area of 1,800 square metres. Work will commence at the end of November 2023, and the project is scheduled to be completed in early 2025.
