YIT supplements its plot reserve in Rostov-on-Don, Russia

YIT Don, a Russian subsidiary of YIT Group, has acquired two plots in Rostov-on-Don. The company intends to construct residential buildings with a total area of more than 22,000 square metres on the plot located in the Oktyabrsky district in the city centre. Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2012. Apartment sales will also begin in 2012.

The other plot is located in the Proletarsky district. Customers can contribute to the planning of the apartments by voting for the best floor plan on YIT Don’s website.

YIT Don has also launched apartment sales for the first part of the second building on the Molodezhny site. The apartments will be commissioned at the end of 2013. In total Molodezhny residential complex will consist of 592 apartments with a total area of about 25,000 square metres.

YIT Don has three residential projects in progress in different parts of the city. The residential complexes are expected to be commissioned in 2013 and 2014. Altogether, they will have about 1,000 apartments with a total area of nearly 45,000 square metres.
