 YIT SELLS A PROPERTY IN KOSKELO, ESPOO, TO GERMAN HANSAINVEST                   

On 1 December 2008, YIT Construction Ltd sold a new property Koskelo Trade Park, located in Espoo, Finland, to HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH. The      transaction was completed as the closing terms of the sales agreement were met.  The Koskelo Trade Park consists of three properties, the first two of which have already been completed. HANSAINVEST owns the first stages of the Koskelo Trade   Park, including the renovated building that constitutes the first stage of the   project.                                                                        

The second phase of the Koskelo Trade Park, a new building with an approximate   floor area of 5,500 m2, was completed in November 2008. The tenants have already moved in. The construction of the third phase, with an approximate floor area of 8,300 m2 has progressed to the erection of the frame, with completion planned    for the summer 2009. Significant part of the premises have already been          reserved.                                                                       

YIT is also expanding the Trade Park concept to the next plot, where small       companies will benefit from space and service solutions that are usually only    available to large companies. Several small operators will be located in each    building.
