YIT PROVIDES TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR HOSPITALS AND CARE CENTRES IN NORRBOTTEN, SWEDEN 

YIT Sweden AB has signed a contract with the Norrbotten County Council for technical services, management and maintenance for hospitals in Gällivare, Kiruna and Piteå and a number of care centres in Norrbotten. Term of the agreement is for five years, with renewal options for one plus one year. 

The contract covers approximately 290,000 sq.m. and it contains, among other things, supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault reporting, and on-call service for tenants. YIT will provide services for heating, ventilation, cooling, automatic control, high and low voltage, back up power, medical gases, sterile technique, elevators and pneumatic tube service.
