The business premises of the Mall of Tripla shopping centre, which will be opened in autumn 2019, have aroused record high interest among commercial operators. We have already rented out more than 30 per cent of commercial facilities and almost a half of the premises set aside for fashion.
There has also been demand for facilities intended for urban culture. Negotiations are currently underway for facilities set aside for different types of activities, experiences, cinema, exhibitions and museums.
Almost a half of the facilities intended for fashion operators have already been rented out, but there is still room for new and more well-known brands. For beauty and well-being, negotiations started this spring.
“Rental has proceeded superbly according to our plans. We already attracted as tenants many important brands 3.5 years before the opening of the shopping centre”, says Pirjo Aalto, Commercial Development Director, about the good progress of the rental scheme.
More than 80 per cent of the facilities for grocery business in the Mall of Tripla has also been rented out. The anchor tenants of the Food Market situated in the basement of the Mall of Tripla are the large grocery stores of HOK Elanto and Kesko, and Alepa and K-market will also situated at the railway station.
The fashion operators to be located at Tripla currently include H&M, Lindex, Luhta Brand Store, Topsport, Aleksi 13, Orsay, Cubus, BikBok, Dressmann and Carlings.
“We are happy about the good reception we have received from our tenants. Our unique commercial concept and outstanding location attract tenants and also consumers when the Mall of Tripla is completed”, says Pirjo Aalto.
The concept of Finland’s largest restaurant world to be opened at Tripla has also been completed. The cornerstones of service design are consumers’ needs and ensuring that the right actors can be established in the right retail locations. Tenancy agreements have already also been signed with many good restaurant operators.
