Mikhail Voziyanov elected as a President of the Russian Guild of Facility Managers and Developers

General meeting of the Russian Guild of Facility Managers and Developers was held on September 9, 2014 in Moscow. Mikhail Voziyanov, General Director of ZAO “YIT Saint-Petersburg”, was unanimously nominated as a President of the Guild for the next two years.

According to Mikhail Voziyanov a key task of his activities as a President-Elect of the Guild is further development of the Guild as a professional union of federal level and strengthening of its federal status, which enables the Guild to act efficiently on the federal level on behalf of professional community of players of the Russian real estate market.

Voziyanov emphasizes that the Guild offers high quality content to its members in a form of conferences, seminars, exhibitions, educational programs etc. In general, belonging to the Guild is a ”mark of quality” on real estate market, significant image-building feature, guaranty of reliability and high professionalism of the companies.

“For me it is understandable possibility to work for the common good, a sort of new and very important project with concrete and very logical time frames” Mikhail Voziyanov says.
