CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT POSITIONS AT YIT CORPORATION
Human resources
Pii Raulo (43), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources, of YIT Corporation, starting on July 1, 2011 when Antero Saarilahti, Senior Vice President, Administration and Human Resources, retires. Pii Raulo will report to Juhani Pitkäkoski, CEO of YIT Corporation. Pii Raulo has been employed at YIT since 2004 and currently acts as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for YIT Construction Services Finland.
Hanne Lehtovuori (36), LLM, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for YIT Construction Services Finland. Hanne Lehtovuori will report to Tero Kiviniemi, Head of the Business Segment Construction Services Finland. Hanne Lehtovuori has been employed at YIT since 2004 and currently acts as Vice President, Human Resources, for YIT Industrial Services.
Engineer Veikko Niemi (52) has been appointed Vice President, Human Resources, for YIT Industrial Services. Veikko Niemi will report to Erkki Huusko, CEO of YIT Industry Ltd. Veikko Niemi has been employed at YIT since 2008 and currently holds the position of Acting Vice President, Human Resources, for YIT Industrial Services.
Administrative Services
Due to the retirement of Antero Saarilahti, Timo Lehtinen, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of YIT Corporation, starting on July 1, 2011. Sakari Toikkanen, Senior Vice President, Business Development, will act as the secretary of the Management Board of YIT Corporation.
Marjo Salo, Administrative Manager, will continue to be responsible for YIT Corporation’s administrative services. She will report to Corporate General Counsel Jonne Heino.
