YIT has sold the MotorCenter property under construction in Estonia

YIT has sold MotorCenter, which offers automotive services in Estonia, to an Estonian investment company. MotorCenter Tähesaju, which is under construction, has a floor area of approximately 3,000 m² and is almost fully occupied. It will be completed in the spring 2021.

MotorCenter is a service concept developed by YIT. It is focused on providing products and services for motorists as well as in the areas of technical specialty retail and active leisure. MotorCenter Tähesaju is already the third automotive centre to be constructed according to the concept in the Tallinn area.

MotorCenter Tähesaju is located in the eastern part of Tallinn, Lasnamäe, in an area that has been developing strongly in recent years and is a prominent business location. MotorCenter serves customers on the basis of its concept in recurring needs near their place of residence or along their daily commute.
