YIT awarded in Slovakia and the Baltic countries

YIT won the Developer of the Year award for the third time in a row in Slovakia in the ASB GALA organized by the Slovak magazines ASB and TREND. This 10th annual awards ceremony is targeted for companies in the construction, architecture and development business.

The awards were presented in three categories: the Construction and architecture Personality of the Year, the Developer of the Year and the Construction Company of the Year. Winners were selected by more than one hundred member expert panel consisting of leading construction and architecture industry experts as well as government agencies and union representatives.

Two projects were awarded in Lithuania

YIT’s project Upės rezidencija (River residence) in Vilnius was elected as the best residential project in Baltic countries in the Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum. This forum brings together Lithuanian and foreign real estate market players from over 300 countries.

YIT’s project New Rivjera in Vilnius was recognized as the best residential BIM project in Lithuania. The award was given to a project using modeling (BIM) technology and methodology.
