YIT WILL DELIVER THE TECHNICAL BUILDING INSTALLATIONS FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE DIRECTORATE OF TAXES’ OFFICES IN NORWAY

AF Gruppen will perform to Entra Eiendom the total renovation of the Directorate of Taxes’ (Skattedirektoratet) offices at Helsfyr in Oslo, Norway. YIT will provide a total technical solution covering the HVAC engineering and electrical systems as well as the automation systems in this project. The value of YIT’s agreement is approximately NOK 91 million (excluding VAT) i.e. approximately EUR 12 million with opportunities for additional sales and service agreements. YIT was selected on the basis of references and ability to deliver.

The construction period is from August 2011 to September 2012. The rehabilitated buildings will be efficient and environmentally correct, and get a new facade. The target is to achieve energy class A for the buildings.
