YIT to start the construction of residential projects in Yekaterinburg and in the Moscow region, Russia

YIT has started residential projects in Yekaterinburg and in the Moscow region, Russia. The value of the projects is over EUR 25 million. The construction of the projects was started in March and they will be completed by the end of 2018. The projects were recorded in the order backlog in the first quarter of the year.

The project in Moscow region, in Ramenskoye city, is the latest phase of an area development project called Microdistrict 10. The phase comprises approximately 370 apartments. The Microdistrict 10 project has already completed apartments with 100,000 square metres of living area. The project is located close to a shopping centre and good services, not so far from the Ramenskoye city center.

The project in Yekaterinburg is the first phase of a new area development project called Klassika and it is located in Ordzhonikidzevsky district. The first phase comprises almost 130 apartments. The project will be constructed in three phases and it will comprise 250 apartments in total. Klassika is located close to good services and transportation connections next to a wide green area.
