YIT to start the construction of an apartment building project in Espoo, Finland

YIT starts the construction of an apartment building project in Vermonniitty, Espoo in Finland. Asunto Oy Espoon Elegia comprises over 90 apartments to be completed by spring 2019. The value of the project is over EUR 15 million, and the start-up is recorded in the third quarter.

Elegia is located in Runoilijanpiha city block developed by YIT with good transportation connections close to Leppävaara. Within a kilometre radius there are 200 shops and 40 coffee houses and restaurants, furthermore there are plans to construct a school and a kindergarten in the area. Close to nature, the area has parks, outdoor recreation and sports areas.
