YIT to sell apartments to Ålandsbanken residential property fund worth approximately EUR 25 million

YIT has signed an agreement on the sale of 122 apartments to Ålandsbanken residential property fund. The total value of the agreement is approximately EUR 25 million.

The apartments, which will come to rental use, are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other Finnish growth centres.

Of the agreement signed, 60 apartments will be recorded in the fourth quarter sales. The apartments are either completed or under construction. The rest of the deals will be executed in the first quarter of 2015.
