YIT to construct rental apartments worth over EUR 10 million in the capital region in Finland

YIT will construct two rental apartment projects in the capital region, with total value of over EUR 10 million. The agreement for one project is signed with Kirkkonummen Vuokra-asunnot Oy and for other project with Suomen Asuntoyhtymä Oy. The projects will comprise almost 90 apartments. The construction for the projects will start in June and they will be completed in autumn 2018. The sales of the projects are recorded in the second quarter of the year.
