YIT has signed a contract on the renovation of the K2 city block with Senate Properties

YIT has signed a contract to construct production and logistics premises in the Kaunas region, Lithuania. The construction of the project of approximately 35,000 square metres is intended to begin in October and it will be completed by the end of 2018. The value of the deal for YIT is approximately EUR 17 million and the project will be recorded in the order backlog in the third quarter.
