YIT to construct apartments worth around EUR 13 million for a housing fund

YIT has signed agreements on the construction of three residential projects in capital region in Finland for a housing fund. The value of the contracts is approximately EUR 13 million, and the projects will comprise total of around 70 apartments.

The construction will start in spring 2017 and the projects will be completed in early 2018. The projects will be recorded in the order backlog in the first quarter of 2017. The projects are part of pre-agreements previously signed with the housing fund, and the target is to start more projects under the pre-agreement during spring 2017.
