YIT to construct apartments for OP-Vuokratuotto fund worth around EUR 20 million

YIT and OP-Vuokratuotto non-UCITS fund have signed agreements on the construction of two residential projects to Vantaa and Järvenpää, Finland. The value of the contracts is approximately EUR 20 million, and the projects will comprise total of around 110 apartments. The construction will start in November 2016 and the projects will be completed in autumn 2017 and spring 2018. Both projects are part of previously signed pre-agreements with OP-Vuokratuotto.
