YIT to construct a residential apartment building for Auratum Asunnot in Turku

YIT and Auratum Asunnot Turku Oy have agreed on the construction of As Oy Primus in the historical Kerttulinmäki district in Turku, located between Kupittaa and the city centre. Auratum is a real estate and housing developer operating in Turku and the Helsinki metropolitan area. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 28 million, and it will be entered in the order book for the fourth quarter of the year.

Construction will begin in January 2023, and the project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2025. The contract covers the construction of an eight-storey apartment building, two-storey terraced houses in the inner yard, parking slots under the car deck and a basement.

The property will have a total of 167 high-quality homes, ranging from 28 square metres studios to spacious 200 square metres apartments. A club room, a gym and car washing facilities will be implemented for the housing company. The amenities will also include accessible facilities and a green inner yard. A spacious lift will take residents to the parking garage.
