YIT to construct a rental apartment building for OP-Vuokratuotto fund

YIT has signed an agreement with OP-Vuokratuotto non-UCITS Fund on the construction of a non-subsidised rental apartment building in Vantaa, Finland. The value of the agreement is around EUR 11 million. Construction will start immediately, and the project will be completed in autumn 2017.

The project will comprise approximately 50 apartments and will be constructed on YIT’s plot according to the company’s design. The construction of the project will not tie YIT’s capital.
