YIT starts the construction of an apartment building project in Tallinn, Estonia

YIT starts the construction of an apartment building project in the city centre of Tallinn, Estonia. The value of the project is over EUR 10 million and it is due to be completed in the spring of 2017. The five-storey apartment building will comprise 75 apartments, 4 commercial spaces and an underground parking facility.

The project will be constructed within a walking distance from the city centre. The location is excellent; a peaceful street in the middle of the city. The area’s public transport connections are good, and the harbor and the airport are easy to reach. Special focus has been paid to stylish and elegant design of the project.
