YIT started the construction of two new residential projects in Prague and Bratislava

YIT has started the construction of new residential projects in Prague, the Czech Republic and in Bratislava, Slovakia. The projects will comprise nearly 180 apartments in total and they will be completed in autumn 2017. The total value of the projects started is over EUR 20 million. According to its strategy, YIT aims to increase the residential production volume in the CEE countries where the residential demand is on a high level.

The project started in Prague is the second phase of a residential project named Koivu Zličín in Prague’s 5th district. The second phase of the project will consist of 90 apartments. The project will be constructed in one of the most popular residential areas in Prague. Very good public transport connections and the vicinity of versatile services including several large shopping centres make the location an attractive living area. The sale of the first phase of the project has progressed well.

The project started in Bratislava is the third phase of an area development project named Tammi. The third phase will consist of around 90 apartments. The project is located in Dúbravka district on a rapidly developing residential area in the vicinity of good services. The Tammi project has been popular among consumers, and its previous phases have sold very well.
