YIT started construction of an apartment building project in Tallinn, Estonia

YIT started the construction of an apartment building project in the city centre of Tallinn, Estonia. The value of the project is approximately EUR 10 million and it is due to be completed in the autumn of 2016. Six-storey apartment building will comprise approximately 60 apartments, 8 business premises and an underground parking facility.

The project will be constructed in an excellent location in a quiet block in the city centre. Demand for apartments in YIT’s previous project located in the same area has been very good.
