YIT sells the Avia Line III office premise in Vantaa, Finland

YIT has signed an agreement on the sale of Avia Line III office premise located in Vantaa to non-UCITS Fund OP-Vuokratuotto. The total value of the agreement is over EUR 8 million. Avia Line III was completed in summer 2013 and around 80% of its leasable area of around 3,300 square metres has been leased.

Avia Line III is part of Avia Line –office building complex located in the vicinity of Helsinki-Vantaa airport, in the centre of Aviapolis business cluster with good transport connections. The space solutions in Avia Line are designed to adapt according to the needs of the user. Special attention has been paid into functionality of the premises and the acoustics, which means that spaces are well suited for open-plan office. Avia Line III has also been awarded platinum-level LEED certification.
