YIT signs agreement with XTX Markets to build large-scale data centre in Kajaani

YIT has started several residential apartment building projects in Finland and Central Eastern European countries in July–September 2022.
The largest projects launched were Espoon Vanbronpolku As Oy, As Oy Treen Itäviitta, Turun Fabriikin Friida As Oy and Asunto Oy Vaasan Sacher. In the Central Eastern European countries, the largest projects were Silvas nami in Latvia, the Naujasis Skansenas buildings and the 16th phase of the Piliamiestis project in Lithuania and, in Slovakia, Magnolia 3, which is part of the Nuppu project.
The total value of these aforementioned largest projects is nearly EUR 120 million. The launches of these residential projects have been entered in in the order book of the third quarter of the year.
Espoon Vanbronpolku As Oy is being built close to the Central Park and the local services with great transport connections. A total of 79 apartments will be completed at the location in late 2023.
As Oy Treen Itäviitta is located in Tampere, in the Ranta-Tampella shore boulevard quarter, which boasts a view towards Lake Näsijärvi, among other things. A total of 37 apartments will be completed in the location in late 2023.
Turun Fabriikin Friida As Oy will rise in Turku, in the vicinity of the event venue Logomo, next to Tenderinpuisto. A total of 45 apartments will be completed in the location in late 2023.
Asunto Oy Vaasan Sacher is located next to a park, in Vöyrinkaupunki, Vaasa, and has excellent transport connections. A total of 50 apartments will be completed at the location in late 2023.
In Riga, Latvia, the fourth building in YIT’s Silvas nami area project is being built in Dzelzavas street. The area is located in a peaceful site with the old Biķernieki Forest next to it. A total of 67 apartments will be completed at the location in late 2023.
Naujasis Skansenas D and I buildings are the sixth phase of the area project that is located in Linkmenu street in Vilnius, Lithuania. The area brings back the name Skansen from the early 1900s. A total of 122 apartments will be completed at the location in early 2024.
Piliamiestis is an area development project in Kaunas, Lithuania, along the river Neris and opposite Kaunas Castle. The 16th phase of the project will be completed in early 2024 and comprises 35 apartments.
Magnolia 3 is part of the extensive Nuppu project, which is YIT’s largest area project in the Ruzinov borough of Bratislava, Slovakia, 10 minutes away from the very centre. Comprising 95 apartments, Magnolia 3 will be completed in early 2024.
