YIT initiates the construction of office building Avia Line 3 in Vantaa, Finland

YIT INITIATES THE CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BUILDING AVIA LINE 3 IN VANTAA, FINLAND

In August, YIT will commence on the construction of Avia Line 3, an office building in energy class A, in Aviapolis, Vantaa. The office building of some 3,300 m² is the third in a set of four which, when completed, will comprise a total of about 12,000 m² of office space. At the same time, a garage with 250 parking spaces will be built for all the tenants in the Avia Line office buildings. Both buildings will be completed in June 2013.

Avia Line 3 is a continuation of YIT’s line of energy-efficient business facilities, and it will be implemented in compliance with YIT’s EnergyGenius concept. The energy efficiency of structures and solutions has been taken into account in the design of the facilities. The selected building systems and equipment will allow the future users of Avia Line 3 to consume less energy.

Companies like General Motors Finland, Geotrim Oy and Philips Oy already operate in the two completed office buildings of Avia Line.
