YIT has won seven state road maintenance contracts for the years 2024-2029. The contracts cover the areas of Espoo, Joensuu, Kankaanpää, Kouvola, Salo, Seinäjoki and Vantaa. The total value of the contracts is approximately EUR 112 million, which will be recorded in the order book for the second quarter of 2024. The contracts will commence on October 1, 2024. The duration of the contracts is five years with the exception of Kankaanpää’s contract that lasts for seven years.

The maintenance of roads, streets and areas is a year-round service which ensures the functionality and the preservation of value of our living environment," said Aleksi Laine, EVP of the Infrastructure segment at YIT.
