YIT has started apartment building projects in the Helsinki capital region and Finnish growth centres

YIT has started several apartment building projects in the Helsinki capital region and Finnish growth centres. The largest of the started projects are Helsingin Bööle, Helsingin Kahvitauko, Tampereen Niemenrannan Elegia and Turun Fabriikin Festivo, among others. The total value of these projects is approximately EUR 90 million. The start-ups of the apartments are booked in the order backlog of the third quarter of the year.

As Oy Helsingin Bööle is the fourth and last phase of the 12-storey apartment buildings in the Tripla area in Pasila, Helsinki, Finland. The value of the project is over EUR 40 million with over 100 apartments to be completed in summer 2020.

As Oy Helsingin Kahvitauko is located in the Kahvikortteli residential area to be constructed on the former Paulig’s roasting factory plot in Aurinkolahti, Helsinki, Finland. The value of the project is over EUR 20 million with approximately 60 apartments to be completed in summer 2019.

As Oy Tampereen Niemenrannan Elegia is located in the western side of Tampere city centre nearby Lielahti area in Finland. The project is continuation to Niemenranta area development, that has started already in 2011. The value of the project is over EUR 10 million with over 70 apartments to be completed in autumn 2019.

As Oy Turun Fabriikin Festivo is the fourth project in the residential area developed by YIT and located next to the Logomo centre for culture in Turku, Finland. The value of the project is approximately EUR 15 million with approximately 75 apartments to be completed by the end of 2019.
