YIT has started a number of apartment building projects in June

YIT has started several apartment building projects in June. The largest of the started projects include Helsingin Klyyga, Hämeenlinnan Primo and Turun Rauninpuisto 2, among others, all in Finland, as well as Nuppu Phase 4 in Bratislava, Slovakia, with a value of over EUR 90 million in total. The start-ups of the apartments are booked in the order backlog of the second quarter of the year.

As Oy Helsingin Klyyga is the third of the four 12-storey residential houses to be built in the Tripla area in Pasila, Helsinki, Finland. The value of the project is approximately EUR 40 million. Over 110 apartments will be completed during summer 2020 in the middle of the new centre of Pasila above the rest of the block.

As Oy Hämeenlinnan Primo is the second apartment building in the new Asemanranta residential area by Lake Vanajavesi in Hämeenlinna, Finland. The value of the project is over EUR 15 million, and over 50 apartments will be completed during summer 2019.

As Oy Turun Rauninpuisto 2 is located in the peaceful Raunistula residential area by River Aurajoki in Turku, Finland, within a walking distance from the city centre and the railway station. The value of the project is approximately EUR 10 million, and it will contain over 40 apartments to be completed in autumn 2019.

Nuppu is YIT’s largest residential area project in Bratislava, Slovakia, located in the Ruzinov district 10 minutes from the city centre. Approximately 1,000 apartments will be constructed in the area project in total. At the moment, phases 1-3 with more than 300 apartments are completed or under construction. The joint venture established by YIT Slovakia and RSJ Investments will develop the remaining approximately 700 apartments. Nuppu Phase 4 will comprise of over 110 apartments during summer 2020. The value of the project is approximately EUR 16 million.
