YIT has started a new apartment building project in Moscow, Russia

YIT has started the construction of a new apartment building project in Moscow, Russia. The project named Aalto will comprise approximately 180 apartments. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 35 million and the start-up was recorded in the last quarter of the year 2017. The project will be completed in autumn 2019.

Residential complex Aalto (wave) is incorporation of Finnish nature and modern construction technologies. A wave will be reflected in the architectural concept of the project. The project represents modern urban living close to nature, and one of the largest parks in Moscow in located nearby.
