YIT has sold to Capital Mill an office building in Tallinn, Estonia

YIT Ehitus AS, Estonian subsidiary of YIT Construction, and Capital Mill signed on 27th of June 2012 an agreement, according to which YIT sells to Capital Mill its 90 % ownership of the Office building Mehhatroonikum located in the Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol.

Mehhatroonikum, currently under construction with planned commissioning on August 2012, is an energy efficient office building with 6 office floors and premises for science and production for its tenants. Leasable area of Mehhatroonikum is totally approx. 8300 m2.

Anchor tenants of Mehhatroonikum building are AS Metrosert, Mehhatroonika Association and Estonian Patent Information Centre.

Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol, where Mehhatroonikum is located, is a science and business environment for knowledge based companies. Today in Tehnopol there operate more than 150 companies, as well as Tallinn University of Technology and IT College.
