YIT has signed a contract on the renovation of the K2 city block with Senate Properties

YIT has on August 15, 2019 repaid its EUR 50 million pension loan on the maturity date of the loan. The repayment was financed with liquid funds and commercial papers.
This repayment is part of the integration activities with the aim to reduce financial costs following the merger of YIT and Lemminkäinen.
