The European Commission approves the sale of YIT’s Nordic paving and mineral aggregates businesses to Peab

The European Commission has on March 26, 2020 approved the sale of YIT’s paving and mineral aggregates businesses in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark to Peab. The approval is unconditional.

The transaction was announced on July 4, 2019 and will be finalized on April 1, 2020.
