Lemminkäinen to build the 2nd turn of the business premise to Saint Petersburg in Russia

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD THE 2ND TURN OF THE BUSINESS PREMISE TO SAINT PETERSBURG IN RUSSIA

Lemminkäinen and Gals LLC have signed a contract on the construction of the 2nd turn of the business premise in the city of St. Petersburg, Russia. The project will start November, 2017 and is scheduled for completion in December, 2019. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the contract. 

The contract includes the construction of the business premise containing 795 apartments. In addition, on the first floor there will be office premises, restaurants and sports facility. The building will have 18 floors in total. The gross area of the building is 31 510 square metres. The contract will also include the marketing and sales of built apartments.

Presently Lemminkainen is building the 1st turn of this project. Construction has started in April 2017 and is scheduled for completion in May 2019.
