Lemminkäinen to build a parking facility in Skellefteå, Sweden

LEMMINKÄINEN TO BUILD A PARKING FACILITY IN SKELLEFTEÅ, SWEDEN 

Lemminkäinen and Skellefteå Industrihus have signed an agreement for building a new parking facility in Skellefteå, Nothern Sweden. The work will begin at Q1 2018, and it will be completed by the end of September in 2019. The value of the contract is about EUR 12 million.

The project consists of complex foundation work as well as building of the new parking facility. The parking facility consists of 2 underground floors and 4 floors above ground. The parking facility will be the largest built in Skellefteå and contains parking space for about 480 cars, 40 motorbikes and 80 bikes.
